HONEYLAB | Terms of Service

This is a legally binding agreement between you and HoneyLab for the use of HoneyLab products, files, and materials. By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using HoneyLab products, you agree to these Terms. HoneyLab is intended for adult users and may include mature content where applicable. Adult-themed products are 18+ only.

GENERAL RULES:

• HoneyLab products are for VRChat use ONLY.
• Do not port HoneyLab products to Sims, IMVU, Second Life or other games/platforms.
• Do not use HoneyLab products for AI training or AI image generation.
• Purchases are only valid from HoneyLab.store or Jinxxy.com/HoneyLab.
• Credit with a hyperlink is required when using HoneyLab commercially.
• No refunds for digital goods. Support available through Discord or email.
• Do not claim products as your own, remove watermarks or redistribute them.

FOR AVATARS:

• HoneyLab avatars are for personal use only.
• Do not upload HoneyLab avatars as public.
• Editing in Unity or Blender is allowed for personal use.
• Streaming, TikTok, YouTube and social posts are allowed.

FOR ASSETS:

• Paid assets are allowed on personal, public (pedestal) or for sale avatars.
• Paid assets are not allowed on free avatars, Nitro avatars, giveaways or free distribution.
• Nitro assets follow the same rules as paid assets unless stated otherwise.
• Free assets are allowed on personal, commercial, public and free avatars.
• Do not share, resell, or redistribute asset files by themselves.

FOR TEXTURES:

• Textures are allowed on personal, public (pedestal) or for sale avatars.
• Textures are not allowed on free avatars, Nitro avatars, giveaways or free distribution.
• Do not include HoneyLab textures in tattoo packs, makeup packs or head edits.
• Edited texture files may not be shared, resold or redistributed by themselves.
• Editing is allowed for personal and commercial use.

FOR HONEYLAB HEAD:

• HoneyLab Heads are allowed on personal, public (pedestal) or for sale avatars.
• HoneyLab Heads are not allowed on free avatars, Nitro avatars, giveaways or free distribution.
• Selling texture packs, makeup packs, and texture add-ons for HoneyLab Heads is allowed.
• Do not include HoneyLab’s original textures, mesh or head files in texture packs or add-ons.
• Selling standalone head edits is not allowed by default. You must contact HoneyLab for permission first.

IMPORTANT:

• License is only valid when correct information is provided at checkout.
• Not following these terms may result in a permanent ban, DMCA action and legal action. 

Legal Protection

Your use of HoneyLab’s webstore, products, files, materials, and content is subject to these Terms of Service. Any material breach, including leaking, theft, hacking, scraping, unauthorized AI use, redistribution, chargeback fraud, or misuse, may cause irreparable harm to HoneyLab. HoneyLab reserves the right to seek legal and equitable remedies, including temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctions. Where allowed by law, you waive any requirement for HoneyLab to post a bond or security when seeking injunctive relief. HoneyLab may use DMCA notices, platform reports, marketplace reports, hosting reports, search removals, account bans, or other actions to protect its work.
