This is a legally binding agreement between you (the "Licensee") and HoneyLab regarding your rights to use HoneyLab's assets/avatars from the site under this license. By accessing and using our assets/avatars, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

GENERAL RULES:

HoneyLab products are for VRChat use ONLY.
Not for AI, crypto, or NFT purposes. Not for Sims, IMVU, or Second Life.
No claiming products as your own, remove watermarks or redestribute them.
HoneyLab's textures cannot be included in additional texture addons, like tattoos.
No refunds for digital goods. Support available! Reach out to me through Discord or email.
Purchases only valid from Honeylab.store, Gumroad, or Jinxxy.com/HoneyLab.
Proper credit with a hyperlink is required when using HoneyLab products.

FOR AVATARS:

Avatars are for personal use. Pictures can be posted on social media.
Editing in Unity/Blender is allowed, but reusing assets for other projects/avatars is not.

FOR PAID ASSETS:

Not allowed on free, nitro, public, or avatars priced below $20.
Proper credit required. Allowed on completed avatars for sale.

FOR FREE ASSETS:

Allowed on commercial, public, and free avatars.
Proper credit required. No claiming as your own or removing watermarks.

IMPORTANT:

License is only valid when correct information is provided at checkout.
Not following these terms may result in a permanent ban, DMCA actions, and fines.

Material Breach and Injunction

Your use of HoneyLab's 3D digital webstore and materials is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Please be aware that any material breach of these terms may result in irreparable harm to HoneyLab, for which damages would be an inadequate remedy. Therefore, in addition to any other rights and remedies available at law, HoneyLab reserves the right to seek equitable relief, including both preliminary and permanent injunctions, in the event of such a breach. If such a breach occurs, you waive any requirement for the posting of a bond or other security that HoneyLab may seek in connection with such an injunction.HoneyLab would be irreparably harmed and may seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, in the event of any hacking, theft, or misuse of the site. HoneyLab takes the protection of its intellectual property and the security of its website very seriously and will take all necessary steps to prevent any such unauthorized activity.
